PVC material is polyvinyl chloride, which is one of the largest plastic products in the world. Due to the rich synthetic raw materials of PVC resin, the demand for low price is increasing rapidly, and its status is gradually strengthened. The polyvinyl chloride resin is a white or light yellow powder and cannot be used alone and must be modified. PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure, which has a small degree of branching and poor stability to light and heat. Different additives can be added according to different purposes, and polyvinyl chloride plastic can exhibit different physical properties and mechanical properties. A variety of hard, soft and transparent articles can be made by adding an appropriate amount of plasticizer to the polyvinyl chloride resin.

The PVC material is a polymer obtained by radical polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, and it relegated to the second place in the late 1960s. According to the molecular weight, PVC can be divided into two types: general type and high concentration type. The average polymerization degree of general-purpose PVC is 500~~150, and the average degree of polymerization of high-polymerity PVC is more than 1700.
