The Preferred Material For Badge Making

Soft epoxy badges, soft epoxy key chains and other badges are made of PVC material. PVC material have always been the material of choice for badge manufacturers to make soft  epoxy products, which is inseparable from the related characteristics of PVC.

PVC material is polyvinyl chloride, which is one of the largest plastic products in the world. Due to the rich synthetic raw materials of PVC resin, the demand for low price is increasing rapidly, and its status is gradually strengthened. The polyvinyl chloride resin is a white or light yellow powder and cannot be used alone and must be modified. PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure, which has a small degree of branching and poor stability to light and heat. Different additives can be added according to different purposes, and polyvinyl chloride plastic can exhibit different physical properties and mechanical properties. A variety of hard, soft and transparent articles can be made by adding an appropriate amount of plasticizer to the polyvinyl chloride resin.

The PVC material is a polymer obtained by radical polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, and it relegated to the second place in the late 1960s. According to the molecular weight, PVC can be divided into two types: general type and high concentration type. The average polymerization degree of general-purpose PVC is 500~~150, and the average degree of polymerization of high-polymerity PVC is more than 1700.

Plastics such as PP, PET, PE, etc., are not used by the badge making industry because their characteristics are not suitable for the characteristics of the badge. PVC is also a toxic material, but with the advancement of technology, it is gratifying to have developed environmentally friendly and non-toxic PVC, which is a great blessing for customers who make badges, especially soft epoxy products

Whatever you need is normal badges or  RFID badges,  CXJ Card Factory can offer what you wanna.

Barcode Technology And RFID Technology Similarities And Differences

Barcode technology and RFID technology are two common technology in our life. Barcodes and RFID are everywhere you go. Now let me show you the similarities and differences between them. One dimensional barcode and two dimensional barcode Barcodes are graphical representations of information that can be made into barcodes and then fed into a computer using the appropriate scanning device. Currently, one-dimensional barcode and two-dimensional barcode are common. One dimensional barcode only expresses relevant information in one direction, but does not express any information in the vertical direction. One dimensional barcode is characterized by fast information input and low error rate. However, the data capacity of one-dimensional barcode is small, and the barcode cannot be read after it is damaged. Two-dimensional barcodes store information in horizontal and vertical two-dimensional space. They record information by distributing black and white graphics on the plane ac

What Can UV Print?

"UV" means ultraviolet light. It is basically a form of piezoelectric ink-jet printing. The idea is that the UV waves emitted by the LED light react with the curing photosensitive agent in the UV ink, causing the pigment molecules in UV ink to solidify  the material surface, thus completing the printing action. UV printing is not limited by any material, can be in glass, plate, crystal, PVC, acrylic, metal, plastic, stone, leather and other surface color photo printing. It prints in one go without any plate making.UV plate printing color is beautiful and rich, wear resistance. UV protection, simple and convenient operation, printing image speed, in line with industrial printing standards, so also has a wide range of applications. Summarize The advantages Of UV Printing Wide application range, can be applied to many materials. Environmental protection. On the one hand noise pollution is relatively low, on the other hand unlike silk-screen printing with a strong acrid
